Ms Theresa Caruana

Theresa Caruana was a research officer for the Second Australian Study of Health and Relationships at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in gender studies from the University of Sydney and Master of Public Health from UNSW, and is undertaking further studies in social work and psychology at the University of New England. Over the last 15 years she has worked in a variety of health education, social policy and communication roles for organisations that include TAFE NSW, City of Sydney, United Nations Development Fund for Women, ACON and the Sydney Medically Supervised Injecting Centre. Her research interests include experiences and behaviours that involve gender, health and social justice.
